For durable, secure cards of exceptional quality, the Zebra P640i card printer is the best choice. The P640’s design provides reliability for continuous-print applications thanks to it dual roll laminating system which applies near edge linerless laminate patches to both sides of the card simultaneously, in a single pass. This means fast production of highly durable cards protected by laminate patches on both sides.

The card printer's patented card transport mechanism allows highly accurate card positioning, resulting in high-quality colour printing and precision details that are difficult to copy. This level of accurate control also allows you to print “micro text” of less than 15 micron high and even “grey on grey” printing which to the naked eye looks like a plain block but under magnification is clear as printed text.

Other security features include custom design hologram laminates, UV printing ribbon, operator ID key option and ID Log software that creates a unique record of each card produced.

Cards printed on the Zebra P640 last between four and seven years and can withstand a variety of stresses, including abrasion, UV light exposure, temperature extremes, water, chemicals, bending and folding.
